Among the many festivities leading up to Christmas break, CLS students traveled to Carroll Lutheran Village after school for caroling to residents of the nursing center. The group distributed ornaments made by the CLS Art Club and first graders and topped off the event with a visit to Mr. Harry Culbertson, a special friend. The annual Christmas Concert featured music by the growing CLS Band directed by Mrs. Theresa Wire, as well as vocal performances by students in all grades. The Sign Language Club and Chorus Club also performed specially prepared selections. The event was followed by refreshments in the form of cookies, cookies, and more cookies.                                             |
