Ways to Give

We invite you to consider making a positive impact on the lives of our students through a gift to Carroll Lutheran School. Your expression of gratitude to God for the blessings in your life will grow many times through the development of the hearts and minds of the children and their impact in the larger community.

Carroll Lutheran School is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Following is a suggestion of gifts; please contact Board Liaison Lexi Schafer to discuss a donation or gift.

Outright Gifts

You may make gifts of cash paid in full or setup recurring pledges over a period of time. Although unrestricted gifts allow us to meet the most pressing needs, you may also designate your gift for the specific funds. Contact us for information about specific campaigns.

Matching Gifts

If the company where you work has a matching gift program, you can increase the value of your gift. Contact your personnel office to see if there is a matching gift program and to obtain a matching gift form.

Appreciated Securities

Gifts of appreciated securities (e.g., stocks) allow you to make a substantial gift, avoid capital gains tax, and claim the full market value of securities held longer than twelve months, regardless of their original cost.

Bequests & Legacies

A gift made through a will with Carroll Lutheran School as the named beneficiary. Gifts may also include remainder trusts, lead trust, gift annuities and retained life estate plans. There is no limit to the amount of charitable gifts that are deductible for gift and estate tax purposes.
