CLS holds several annual fundraisers each year in support of school projects, tuition assistance, and general operating funds. Fundraisers are sponsored by the Family Partnership Program or Board of Trustees and we are blessed to have the support of families and the larger community in making them successful each year. Our annual fundraisers include the Fall Golf Tournament, late Winter Consignment Sale, and Spring Basket Bingo. Your contribution, whether of time, goods or attendance, is greatly appreciated!
Carroll Lutheran School had its annual golf outing on October 16, 2015, at Piney Branch Golf Club, with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun tee-off. The tournament, “Swing for Scholarships,” will benefit the scholarship program for students K-grade 8 enrolled at the school and based on need.
A great BIG thank you to all of the sponsors, the players, the volunteers, the golf committee and the Staff at Piney Branch Golf Club and everyone else for making this golf outing a HUGE success.
The planning committee consists of Justin Durboraw, Chair, Jim Crew, Andrew Dean, Don Heath, Wade Johansen, Alex Myers, Matt Rickeman, Eric Shadoff, Pastor George Tuttle, and Ben Yingling. The Family Partnership Program sponsors the Annual Consignment Sale in February of each year. We sell kid’s clothing, baby equipment, toys, games, books, maternity clothes, sporting equipment, and so much more! Items are consigned by our families and the general public and sold at a 60/40 split during regular sale hours; consignors may choose to donate unsold items for our 1/2 off sale. Regular sale hours are from 7 am until 12 pm, with a 1/2 price sale from 3-5 pm. The entire school and community members pitch in to help with setup/ take down, inventory, and sale day.

The Family Partnership Program sponsors Bingo in Spring of each year. Generously filled Longaberger Baskets and Thirty-One bags are donated as prizes for an afternoon of Bingo that also features a Home Business Fair, raffles, food and door prizes galore. Donations of most any type or whole baskets of goodies are needed/welcome, as well as business owners looking to reach new clients/customers and people to come play! The public is welcome and encouraged to come play to win.

Next Basket Bingo: April 2, 2016
The week-long Scholastic Book Fair, sponsored by the Family Partnership Program, is held each March in the school gymnasium and culminates in a themed Family Fun Night. Students and teachers make lists of books and items they are interested in; families may purchase items for their children or choose to purchase from the teacher’s wish lists for classroom use. We encourage you to attend the Fair and Family Fun Night and to invite new or prospective families to attend. Helpers are always needed during this event to manage the store and run activities during Family Fun Night.
